Dr. Lee Hausner – A globally recognized authority on family business dynamics, Dr. Hausner has spent decades advising successful multi-generational enterprises. She will lead a compelling discussion with Charlie Nelson, exploring strategic decision-making, legacy transitions, and growth in family businesses.
Charlie Nelson (Belle Meade Spirits) – Charlie resurrected his family’s historic distillery brand and made bold moves, including taking on investors and now buying back key portions of the business. He’ll discuss the motivations behind these unconventional pivots and how family businesses can navigate ownership and long-term strategy.
Lee Andrews (AGS Security & LJA New Media) – Lee founded AGS Security in 2017 and later expanded into digital marketing with LJA New Media. He will share how leveraging innovation and AI-powered marketing automation helped him scale and diversify his businesses.
