Scope of BCR Engagement
- Strategic planning and implementation with President and owner in conjunction with senior leaders and managers. Development of long-term vision and planning
- Governance creation and implementation including the creation of shareholder meetings, an internal advisory board, and an external advisory board with outside advisors
- Managing family dynamics with multiple family shareholders
